At Insightful Placements, David leads Hiring Ops and service delivery. He designs and runs structured screening workflows, keeps stakeholders aligned, and ensures every step is documented and audit-ready.
Outside of work, you’ll find David training as a hybrid athlete, hiking Arizona trails, and building the next level of his systems-driven approach to business.
